About Laimani

Laimani is also the founder of Alabastron.org where she still serves as board chair and chief coach. With the unwavering support of committed staff team and volunteer guides, they have coached more than 14,000 women. Additionally, Laimani has skillfully coached over 300 women in redesigning their lives.

She is the author of Activate Your Brave and Renewing Self – a personal safari. Laimani has over two decades of work experience in training and facilitation, the last fourteen being focused on life coaching for women.

Her mission is equipping women in overcoming self-defeating patterns and redesigning their lives for significance. Laimani beliefs that guided with the right tools and skills, we all can redesign our lives into a life we TRULY love.

Laimani’s embraces the SOULL model (Laimani’s original coaching model), which focuses on Situation, Objective, Undertaking, Limitless vision, and Launching.
